You can still put a standing request on file, and we will honour it. We do that whether or not a particular privacy statute applies to a business our size — including the Nevada opt-out right for the sale of covered information — because our answer does not change either way.

How to make the request

• Use the form below.

What happens next

We find your record, mark it, and confirm back to you. If we cannot find a record matching what you give us, we will tell you that rather than guess — and there being no record is itself a complete answer.
